These conditions apply to all sales to consumers within the European Union.

Contract formation
The agreement is concluded when the buyer receives an order confirmation by e-mail.

Prices & payment
All prices shown include applicable VAT. Payment must be made before shipment, unless otherwise agreed.

Delivery
Goods are shipped from Belgium. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.

Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

1. Consumers have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the consumer (or a third party designated by the consumer) has received the goods.
2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must inform the seller (see contact details above) within the withdrawal period. A clear statement (e.g. email) is sufficient.
3. After notification, the consumer must return the goods to the seller's address without undue delay and in any case within 14 days.

Return Policy (Additional Seller Requirements)

• Returns will only be accepted if the item is unworn, unwashed and with all original tags and tags still attached.
• Buyer is responsible for and will pay the cost of returning the goods to the seller's physical address.
• Buyer must use safe, insured and trackable shipping; the seller is not responsible for packages lost in transit during returns.

Refunds

• Seller will refund the price of the returned goods and standard outbound delivery charges (if originally charged) within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods or proof of their return, whichever is earlier.
• Refunds will be made via the same payment method that the consumer used for the initial transaction, unless the consumer has expressly agreed otherwise.
• The seller can wait with the refund until he has received the goods.
• If the value of the returned goods decreases as a result of actions that go beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, the seller may reduce the refund proportionately.

Exclusions And other notes

• Personalized or tailor-made goods may be excluded from the right of withdrawal, if applicable under EU law.
• This policy does not affect the statutory rights of the consumer (for Example for defective or non-conforming goods).
