Order & Payment
- How do I place an order?
- Add products to your cart and complete the checkout steps. The order is completed with payment.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept the following payment methods: Bancontact iDeal Paypal Multibanco Visa Mastercard Klarna
- Can I change or cancel my order?
- Please contact us immediately. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will attempt to change or cancel it.
Delivery and shipping (link to delivery page)
- Where do you ship from?
- All orders are shipped from Belgium. We do not do dropshipping. Everything is at hand and ready to be shipped.
- How long does delivery take?
- It depends on the delivery service you choose. We ship several times a week.
- Can I have my package sent to a collection point (PUDO)?
- Yes, you can have it sent to a locker or collection point and, if available, to your home address. If the shipping option is available, you can select a pick-up/drop-off location during checkout.
- Are the shipping costs transparent and do you provide tracking?
- Shipping costs will appear at checkout. Most shipments include tracking and you will receive a tracking link from the service provider by email.
Returns and exchanges (link to returns policy)
- What is your return policy?
- Returns will be accepted within the statutory withdrawal period if the item is unworn and has original labels. The insured return shipment to our Belgian home address is at the buyer's expense.
- How do I return an item?
- Please contact us by email to request a return and send the item to our returns address with trackable, insured shipping.
- When will I receive my refund?
- We process refunds within 14 days after we receive the returned item.
Products & Quality
- Are items new or second-hand?
- Most items are new or almost new. some Are loved. the Condition is clearly stated with photo material for each offer.
- How accurate are product photos and dimensions?
- We photograph each piece and take measurements where possible.
- Are all entries unique?
- Yes. Each listing represents one item. If there are two identical pieces, they will appear as separate listings.
Promotions
- What does the tag 'Superpromo' mean?
- “Superpromo” marks heavily discounted items. Use the tag filter or visit our promotions page to find them.
- Do you offer discount codes?
- Occasionally. We announce discounts and codes on the website and in our newsletter.

- How do I create an account and what are the benefits?
- Register on the site for faster checkout, order history and easy order tracking.
- How do you use my personal information?
- We use information to process orders, handle shipping, and provide customer support. See our Privacy/GDPR page for full details.
- Can I view or delete the data you keep about me?
- Yes. You can request a copy of your personal data or request its deletion. Please contact us by email and we will respond promptly.
- Will my data be used for AI training?
- No. We do not use personal data to train AI models and we do not provide personal data for AI training.
